The pinnacle is a mixed-use development consisting of 4 level basement carpark, 298 apartments, ground floor retail, and level 1 child care center. The project occupies the entire site footprint and forms part of the new Liverpool CDB high-density strategy. the design of the project offers a wide range of floor plans which had influenced the design of the project with 3 separate transfer slabs and a raking cantilevered elevation. The team utilised a number of prefabricated element solutions to overcome both the complexity and tight site restraints including:
- Precast walls
- Precast hobs
- Prefabricated columns
- Bathroom pods
